This time, I really did. S just took the little magic zapping trap, tail sticking out and emptied it in the dumpster. Tucked behind my washing machine (up in the eating area), I'd started to wonder if I had some really 'off' laundry. But fortunately Elsie's super mousetrap did the trick with no blood or guts! Hooray! Good timing to have S home, as well - it would have taken me lots of nerve to lift the lid off to empty it. I really am a wimp.
And as a quick p.s. to my last post and our need to get lots of details wrapped up before S heads to Saskatoon and we get possession of our house - well, it all worked out. Home insurance meeting, bank draft, signing with the lawyer, it all came together this morning. Another big 'Hooray!' Still no word on the van situation, but at least things are looking up in other areas.
